'If Lewis Carroll, Tom Robbins, and Nancy Mitford got together and had a raucous party fuelled by Champagne Bonheur, this is the book they would write together at 3 in the morning giggling in a secret room surrounded by fringe and dévoré velvet. And they’d get Liza Minelli to narrate the audio book. It’s bonkers and smart and you will smile and laugh and sometimes it will be nice and sometimes it will be deliciously naughty. I’ve never read anything that’s exactly like this but you will have a good time on this journey and it’s honestly the best recommendation I can give'.

'I read the second book in this series first, however I enjoyed it so much I went on to read the first one. It’s equally as fabulous as the sequel. The three main characters are so lovable and fun, I’d love to visit The Weasel (…a wonderful pub in the novels) and have a glass of Bonheur champagne with the trio. Such fun stories that offer a whimsical escape from the real world.
